AGV flanged polyurethane drive wheels are drive wheel components specially designed for automated guided vehicles. The wheel body is coated with high-performance polyurethane material, featuring low running noise, low rolling resistance, floor protection, high wear resistance and tear resistance. They achieve excellent bonding with the wheel core and are equipped with a flange structure on the side for guidance, anti-deviation and stable operation.

  • Adopts MDI/NDI modified polyurethane formula, vacuum casting process and nano-activation treatment on metal surfaces, realizing molecular-level bonding between the wheel core and PU layer to effectively prevent debonding.

  • Manufactured with 5-axis CNC linkage machining, with flange end runout ≤ 0.02 mm, ensuring high coaxiality with the motor output shaft and avoiding eccentric wear.

  • Compatible with multiple drive modes: differential drive, omnidirectional drive and multi-motor coordinated drive.

  • Reserved slots for sensor installation, allowing integration of temperature, pressure and vibration monitoring modules.
